Status: Lost

Christopher Columbus (クリストファー・コロンブス), also known as Xpoferens Columbus, is a cancelled shoot 'em up game that was in development in 1992 to 1993 by Misawa Entertainment for the Super Famicom.[1] It is based on the famous Italian explorer.

Plot

The game is set in 1492. Christopher Columbus rides his ship Santa María as he travels on water and the skies to free people and restore peace. He faces bizarre creatures while searching for gold.[2]

Status

The game was going to be released in January 1993, but was cancelled for unknown reasons. No prototypes of the game were known to exist.
