Billy is a low budget children's cartoon that first aired in the early 2000's on Nick Jr. and from the late 2000's to around 2012 on Tiny Pop. Very little footage/full episodes of it exist on the internet.

Almost no information exists about Billy, on the internet. It's unknown how many episodes there were, who the cast/crew were, or whether Nick Jr., Tiny Pop, or the creators have it archived.
