Billy is a low budget children's cartoon that first aired in the early 2000's on Nick Jr. and from the late 2000's to around 2012 on Tiny Pop. Very little footage of it exists on the internet, and the bits that do are incomplete.
Almost no information exists about Billy, on the internet. It's unknown how many episodes there were, who the cast/crew were, or whether Nick Jr., Tiny Pop, or the creators have it archived.
