Some fan websites of the show have some recorded voice clips from the English Dub. Full episodes were not found, though.

Some of the voice clips were uploaded to YouTube by users LindenHikari and Nymphe Theotokoi, but the videos have vague titles that make them hard to find on YouTube. A user on the Chacha Wikia compiled the clips from Fortune City and Stellaris' site, as well as another site from another user named Seou. The English dub has not been released on home media officially after its runtime on Cartoon Network in 2000. Currently, there is no information about the voice cast for the English dub outside of Doinks Seiko voicing ChaCha, nor has any episode been released in full.

==UPDATE: 7/7/18==
On July 7th, 2018, a torrent was discovered on Google that contained episodes 48-52 and 55 of the English dub, though it couldn't be downloaded until very recently. The torrent claims to be the English dub, but that claim seems dubious. A user from Geocities claims to have a tape with episodes 61-65 of the English dub, though the user does not know where the tape is now. Another user on Gamefaqs claims to have English dub episodes, but also confirms that since the tape had mold on it, he might have thrown it away.
A torrent that had episodes 48-52 and 55 of the English dub on Google, though it seems not to be downloadable, it claims to be an English dub, and the English Dub intro and ending is only the same as the original version of the anime. A person in geocities.ws seems to have an existence of a tape with episodes 61-65 in the English Dub, not sure where it is now and if he is still in possession of it. Another person on Gamefaqs seems to have hold of the English Dub but claims that it has mould on it, not sure if he has a hold of it today or completely lost it and threw it away. Also, I don't know if the channels with the same username is the same person since I got no response from my comment after a few days, I ended up deleting it since he doesn't seem to respond to my comment. It seems like the only way for people to have the English Dub is from recording on a VHS tape since the series in the English Dub was not released on home video after it has stopped airing.

==UPDATE: 4/2/2020==
On March 28th, 2020, YouTube user [https://www.youtube.com/user/ZPBander/videos ZPBander] uploaded a preview of the English dub. 2 days later, the user uploaded the first episode. A few hours after the first episode was released, ZPBander posted a reply to one of the comments claiming not to have the 2nd episode but has instead the 15th episode. On April 2nd, 2020, he replied to the same comment stating that he has episodes 53, 59, 64, 67, 72, and 73. As of April 9th, 2020, ZPBander has uploaded 5 episodes from the English dub.
The YouTube Channel, [https://www.youtube.com/user/ZPBander/videos ZPBander] has uploaded the preview of Cartoon Network English Dub on Mar 28, 2020. On March 30, 2020 the user has uploaded the first episode. A few hours on the same day after he uploaded the first episode he said he didn't have the 2nd episdoe but he did have episode 15. A day later on April 2nd, he replied to the same comment that he has episodes 53, 59, 64, 67, 72 and 73. When it comes to this case for the English dub, all text and credits remained in Japanese, so unfortunately the cast and people responsible for this dub were not listed. The version of Kimi Iro Omo on the English Dub was the brodcast version by SMAP. Unfortunately the user did not use that version due to strict copyright on that version, so for the videos, he used the DVD version. He also has the Cartoon Network bumpers that were used for the commercial breaks in between the episodes.

According to YouTube user pacer1705, the channel had 2 marathons of the series in an unspecified year, one happening in June, & another one in December during the school holidays. Allegedly, the episodes aired out of order, though that has yet to be confirmed.

On February 2nd, 2020 DanAdamKOF uploaded a Tweet regarding a couple of tapes they have with the dub, but he needed a PAL VHS player so they could rip them. Reportedly, they still have the commercials on the tapes. According to him, the dub aired in syndication there, meaning that it possibly also aired on different channels.<ref>[https://twitter.com/DanAdamKOF/status/1223867471314075649 The Twitter page featuring a picture of the tapes]</ref>

Akazukin Chacha (赤ずきんチャチャ Akazukin Chacha, lit. "Red Riding Hood Chacha") is a shōjo manga series by Min Ayahana. It was serialized by Shueisha in the manga magazine Ribon from 1991 and 2000 and collected in 13 bound volumes. The series follows the adventures of a fumbling student magician named Chacha, who habitually wears a red hooded cloak, as she seeks the truth about her family and defends the kingdom against its enemies. It was adapted into an anime television series by Gallop, first broadcast on TV Tokyo in 74 episodes from January 7th, 1994, to June 30th, 1995. This was followed by a sequel OVA series of three episodes released between December 6th, 1995 and March 6th, 1996. In 1998, Cartoon Network aired an English dub of the anime in Southeast Asia and Mandarin-speaking countries. The dub has changed some of the character's names, such as Orin to Suzu.

Fan websites Fortune City and Stellaris' site had some voice clips recorded from the English dub of the show.[1] Some of the voice clips were uploaded to YouTube by users LindenHikari and Nymphe Theotokoi, but the videos have vague titles that make them hard to find on YouTube.

On July 7th, 2018, a torrent was discovered on Google that contained episodes 48-52 and 55 of the English dub, though it couldn't be downloaded until very recently. The torrent claims to be the English dub, but that claim seems dubious. Another user on Gamefaqs claims to have English dub episodes, but also confirms that since the tape had mold on it, he might have thrown it away.

On March 28th, 2020, YouTube user ZPBander uploaded a preview of the English dub. 2 days later, the user uploaded the first episode. On February 2nd, 2020 DanAdamKOF uploaded a Tweet regarding a couple of tapes they have with the dub, but he needed a PAL VHS player so they could rip them.
