According to YouTube user Lance Madewell, (who uploaded the 2nd teaser, "Talent Search") he claimed to have seen this trailer in front of ''Muppet Treasure Island'' back in February of 1996. Other sources claimed it was also seen on Pixar’s first-ever film, ''Toy Story'' back in 1995. It’s currently unknown if this trailer was ever seen outside of Disney films in theaters.

On February 14th, 2020, the trailer was found and uploaded to Youtube by VHS Trailer Park. It is sourced from a tape of Buena Vista trailers labeled "Trade Show - Munich - January 1996". The tape is in the PAL format and thus the trailer is sped up to 25 frames per second, which results in a higher pitch than the original 24fps film.
