Gigglebug was an Helsinki, Finland animated TV series created by Anttu Harlin and Joonas Utti. It's based on the app Gigglebug's Face Race and there is also Gigglebug's Infinity Puzzle, Gigglebug's Tickling Game, and Gigglebug's Giggle Tree. The series also has books.
The series is about our protagonist Gigglebug and his adventures in Greendown Forest. It lasted for 52 episode with two versions of this show existing one with narration and one without. You can watch all of their episodes on their official YouTube channel, but it's without narration.[1] You can watch Jen Pringle's narration on Kartoon Channel.[2]
Before the released of the show, there was a pilot called "Little Bug, Big Smile." and it focuses on the introduction of Gigglebug. This pilot has some differences from the show with the characters look a-lot different and the backgrounds looking more like a simple painting. There is also a trailer that shows mostly everyone in their looks.[3] There are some characters missing from the trailer like City Bunny meaning they weren't created yet. It's unknown if there are anymore episodes with this style.
The pilot was on Vimeo, but years later after clicking the link it said that the video can't be found.
