Coal-Powered Cookie Train Album Release was an animated video (1 minute, 40 seconds in length) originally uploaded by YouTuber Dawn Somewhere (original name FiMFlamFilosophy) on September 22nd, 2012. It was created to promote the release of Dawn Somewhere's Coal-Powered Cookie Train album, and features characters from the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

The Song

The song was listed to on the creator's website as an animated short up until the website was redesigned.^[1] Trying to click on the link listed simply returns the message "The uploader has not made this video available." Based on the comments on the website, it may be assumed that the song initially became unavailable sometime between August 17th, 2013, and October 14th, 2013. The reason for its removal is unknown, as it is one of only two entirely original fan animations that seem to have been removed from Dawn Somewhere's YouTube channel (the other is the Mentally Advanced Series Redirect Animation.

Status

Other removed videos that did not feature original animations have been preserved and re-uploaded by fans and/or are available on the creator's website. Thus, no additional copies of the video appear to exist, and the only records of its animated content that still remain are six screenshots from the animator's DeviantArt page and a screenshot of the thumbnail from the YouTube upload.
