NIIC the Singing Dog, Sebastian's successor.

Status: Lost

Sebastian the Singing Cockroach [1] was a puppet webseries created by composer and producer Kyle McCarthy, who is better known by his alias and canine alter-ego NIIC the Singing Dog and for his viral song Paws to the Walls (which itself became an internet meme within the furry fandom). Information about this webseries and its production are completely scarce and unknown; it's unknown how many episodes were produced and what were their names, what year it was produced or if it aired on YouTube or not.

Synopsis

Sebastian was a part-time, self-absorbed artist and cockroach who works at a local coffee shop chain who frequently laments about being very under-appreciated by the rest of society. [1]

Becoming NIIC

Believe it or not, Sebastian was considered to be a prototype to what will later become NIIC the Singing Dog. Upon discovering the furry fandom in 2013, having discovered the difficulties of operating puppets, editing and music composing all by himself, Kyle revived Sebastian and completely retooled him by changing his name and species, from cockroach to canine dog and Sebastian to NIIC, as well as changing genres from webseries to live-acting musical performance; leading to the green akita canine the furry fandom knows today, as NIIC the Singing Dog.

Status

As of 2024, no full episodes of Sebastian has been found and little-to-no information is known about the series aside from a mention on NIIC's WikiFur page. It's unknown if the episodes will be resurface or not in the coming years.
