Background on the discovery of this scene

Hello! (Creator of this wiki page) Some may be interested in where the cels for the scene may be and sadly, they seem to have been (possibly) been sold as unlabeled animation cels, which is sad to think about according to this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/LastUnicorn/comments/e4sghl/the_princess_alison_was_scene_was_animated_and/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf while this could be very much a "trust me bro I saw them" situation, I rarely can find people with the knowledge of this scene at all so I am more likely to believe this. It's an old movie and they have sold parts of the art overtime.

I do not have a proper source for the colored animation cels, I recieved them from another fan of the movie through tumblr, but once again the one of the Princess on the horse matches the greyscale image found within the book I linked. So yet again, I am inclined to believe that they are in fact real.
